Delivery, Refunds and Exchanges

Delivery

DRÂRE UK and International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail.

  • UK: 2-5 working days.
  • International: 3-10 working days.

Please allow extra time before contacting us if you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days for UK or 15 for International orders, and we haven’t already been in touch, please send us an email with your order number and we will investigate.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us at DRÂRE. We therefore accept the return of unworn product, in its original condition within 30 days after delivery.

We ask that you;

  1. Forward an email to drareclothing@hotmail.com explaining your wish to return, to which we will then issue you with a return address to post to.
  2. Package the item suitably so the product is not damaged in transit, making it unsaleable and therefore non-refundable. We also recommend using a tracked service incase of any issues issues in returning your item(s), DRÂRE will not be responsible for the loss of products until they are received back to us. 

Once the product has been received we will issue your refund within 2 working days. Please note that should any issues occur that the refund could take a few days longer to complete, but you will receive a notification of a pending refund.

You will receive the original value paid, not including any delivery costs unless the product is deemed as faulty or defective.

Refunds for sale items are not accepted.

Exchanges

You can place a new order and send the items back following our return policy and receive a refund. In case you have received a defective or wrong item, please contact us via the email address before returning.

Exclusions

The following products can not be returned:

Showing signs of being worn, washed, modified or damaged in anyway will not be eligible for refund. 

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for underwear and socks unless faulty. 

If they are marked, soiled, stretched, bleached or damaged in anyway.

If they are scented with aftershave, perfume, deodorant or smoke.

 

All goods/ products are at the responsibility of the customer until they have been delivered to us.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be in an unsuitable condition and the items may be returned to you at your own cost.
